Huislab cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n

The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 18\/06\/2018, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have a web hosting package via buro075 and CSVnetworks. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services are shared with these parties. They have access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Buro075 and CSVnetworks are obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are made regularly to prevent data loss.<\/p>\n

Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce, we host our webshop on a server under our own management. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures consist in any case of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.<\/p>\n

Web hosting<\/h4>\n

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from CSVnetworks. CSVnetworks processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. CSVnetworks has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. CSVnetworks is obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.<\/p>\n

Email and mailing lists<\/strong><\/h3>\n

MailChimp<\/h4>\n

We send our e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that is automatically sent via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. We use the services of Gmail for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.<\/p>\n

Payment processors<\/h3>\n

Pay<\/h4>\n

We use the Pay platform to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. Pay processes your name, address and place of residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pay reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Pay's service for which they engage third parties. Pay does not store your data for longer than is permitted under the statutory terms.<\/p>\n

Retention periods<\/h3>\n

We store your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we store your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also consider this as a request to be forgotten. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must store invoices with your (personal) data, so we will store this data for as long as the applicable term runs.<\/p>\n

However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in response to your order.<\/p>\n

Your rights<\/h3>\n

Based on the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data that is processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke these rights.<\/p>\n

In principle, to prevent abuse, we only send transcripts and copies of your data to your e-mail address already known to us. In the event that you wish to receive the data at a different e-mail address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep an administration of processed requests; in the event of a request to be forgotten, we administer anonymized data. You will receive all transcripts and copies of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems.<\/p>\n

You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time if you suspect that we are using your personal data incorrectly.<\/p>\n

You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data to the e-mail address known to us, with an overview of the processors who have this data, stating the category under which we have stored this data.<\/p>\n

You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data has been adjusted to the e-mail address known to us.<\/p>\n

You always have the right to limit the data that we (have) process that relates to your person or can be traced back to you. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters.<\/p>\n

You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.<\/p>\n

Right to portability<\/h4>\n

You always have the right to have the data that we (have) process and that relate to your person or can be traced back to you, performed by another party. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf to the e-mail address known to us. In all probability, we will no longer be able to continue providing the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.<\/p>\n

Right to object and other rights<\/h4>\n

In appropriate cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Huislab. If you object, we will immediately cease processing the data pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will make transcripts and\/or copies of data that we (have) processed available to you and then permanently cease processing.<\/p>\n

You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies. If you believe that this is the case, please contact our contact person for privacy matters.<\/p>\n

Google Analytics<\/h4>\n

Cookies are placed via our website by the American company Google, as part of the \u201cAnalytics\u201d service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. This processor may be required by applicable laws and regulations to provide access to this data. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services.<\/p>\n
